A cookie and local storage are not the same thing
A cookie is a piece of data your browser sends to the server on every request. Local storage stays on your device and is never sent on its own: only the code of the page you are looking at reads it. That difference matters, because nearly everything this site saves is local storage, not cookies.

What this site stores in your browser
Every key starts with pc:, cw: or sfl:, depending on which section writes it. None of them holds personal data: no name, no email, no wallet.

Third parties
- Cloudflare, which hosts the site, may set a technical cookie (__cf_bm or similar) to tell human traffic from bots. It is a security cookie and is not used for advertising.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces. It sets no cookies, but it receives your IP address when they download.
- If you open an embedded YouTube video or follow a link to a game or exchange, that site applies its own cookies and its own policy.

When accounts arrive, there will be a cookie
We plan to add accounts with Supabase for contests and to sync settings across devices. Signing in needs a session cookie or token: it is the only way the site knows you are still you as you move from page to page. That cookie is strictly necessary — without it there is no sign-in — and it will only appear if you choose to register. Anyone using the tools without an account, as until now, will still get no cookie of ours.
When that happens, this table and this page will be updated with the cookie's name, its lifetime and who sets it, and the date in the header will change.

If we ever add analytics
It is not planned in the near term. If it arrives, your consent will be asked before anything loads, you will be able to refuse without losing any feature, and this page will say so with the date of the change.
