Cave Dwellers, Sunflower Land's Chapter 16: dates, the Duende Cap ticket, 4 mutants and the three little pigs
We now know the name of the chapter that brings the Cave and the pigs: Cave Dwellers. The game's code already has its dates, its ticket, its mutants and its first decorations with final art. Here is what is coming and what is still unknown.
In short
The chapter runs from November 2 to February 1; the game marks weekly chores as starting a week later, on November 9. The ticket is the Duende Cap. There are 4 new mutants, a monument, a bed for one more farmhand, nine decorations and seven outfit pieces. The mutants and the marvel fish have boosts, and the launch brought the chapter store and the desert artefact, the Clover Coin.
The ticket: Duende Cap
Every chapter has its ticket, the one you earn from deliveries, chores and rewards to spend in the chapter store. In Cave Dwellers it is the Duende Cap (before launch it was called Beetle Wing), and it replaces Ascension Age's Shiny Feather. The raffle ticket and the chapter banner, which will hang in the plaza, arrive too.

Cave Dwellers Banner The 4 new mutants
Mutants are rare animals and flowers that can only drop while their chapter is live. From November 2, collecting from your chickens, cows and sheep, or harvesting flowers, can give you one of these four. They follow the cave theme: mushrooms, ladybugs and beetles.
Mushroom Chicken
Ladybug Cow
Beetle Sheep
Cyclops Bloom Since October 26 the code has their boosts:
- Mushroom Chicken: +0.5 Crimstone on every fifth mine of a Crimstone rock.
- Ladybug Cow: +1 Oil per drill.
- Beetle Sheep: your sheep sleep 7.5% less. Cows are not affected.
- Cyclops Bloom: the Fish Market takes 20% less time per job.
Macropinna And the fish?
The chapter brings three: Manatee and Betta are decoration only, and the marvel fish, Macropinna, adds +0.1 Obsidian every time you collect a Lava Pit.
A monument and a new bed
The Duende Monument is a staged monument, like the earlier ones: your neighbours cheer it on with 1,000 cheers and it grows through 3 stages. It takes 3×3. The Spooky Bed (called Miner's Bed before launch) is a new bed that opens the slot for your 14th farmhand; like the Cloud Bed, it is not crafted: it comes from the rewards pass, at level 40 of the VIP row.
Duende Monument
Spooky Bed The three little pigs (and the wolf)
The decorations tell a well-known tale: the three little pigs' houses of straw, sticks and bricks, the big bad wolf and two pig plushies. A giant truffle, a mining drill and a piggy bank join them, matching the chapter's pigs and Cave.

A first set of outfit pieces arrives: the full Duende outfit (hat, shirt, pants and shoes), a Hercules beetle hat and a pig onesie. Plus the Beetle Goggles that Gloomwick, the Cave merchant, wears. All of them will be tradable.

A week before launch, the code was still missing several pieces. With the chapter under way, this is what it brought:
- The desert artefact is the Clover Coin: 250 of them buy the Pot of Luck in the chapter store.
- The chapter store: the Duende outfit, seven hourglasses you can buy all chapter long (100 to 400 Duende Cap), the Duende Hat and the Straw House (9,000 Duende Cap each) and the Duende Monument (4,000).
- The outfit that adds tickets: Duende Shoes, Duende Pants and Duende Shirt.
On PrimerasCripto
On November 2 the site switches to the new chapter by itself: your chapter page, the ticket, your farm overview's mutants and the digging page move to Cave Dwellers. The mutants' and the Macropinna's boosts already count in the simulator and your farm's guide, and the digging page tells you how many Clover Coins you still need for the Pot of Luck.
